Jade J. Laidlaw is an artist and game developer currently based in the Pacific Northwest and showing her work in many different corners of the internet. Jade is passionate about many different art forms, including but not limited to:

• Creative Writing

• Game Design & Coding

• Hand-drawn Animation

Jade hopes to someday use these skills to make her own comics and games, as her main mission is to create stories that help people in the same way that many pieces of media have helped her.

She is relentlessly curious and awestruck by the universe around her. This often bleeds into her world-building, as she enjoys creating wondrous science fiction and fantasy worlds, often based on her own interests and things that she’s learned or researched. These fantastical backdrops are often contrasted with more grounded stories about gender, interpersonal relationships, and identity.
